Purchasing a service in the Najlepszy Masaż salon is tantamount to reading and accepting these Regulations.

1. You can book a service in the Najlepszy Masaż salon:

In order to make an appointment, please provide: name and surname, contact phone number and type of service.
The data provided is collected only to arrange a visit.

2. Before the procedure you should:
Familiarize yourself with the contraindications to the selected procedure. The masseur should be informed about the state of health.

3. How to prepare for the visit:
You should come to the treatment on time, but not earlier than 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Dress appropriately and don't forget to wear underwear.

4. Cancellation of the visit
In the event of resignation, you must immediately inform about the cancellation of the visit, but not later than 24 hours before the agreed date.
24 hours before the appointment, the client will receive a text message (to the telephone number provided by him) with a reminder.
At this point, he can cancel the visit without any consequences.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the client will be charged the full cost of the visit.
Otherwise, the next reservation will be available only after the payment for the canceled massage.
The customer may transfer his visit to another person, provided that it is not a visit scheduled as part of the voucher.
The fee for not canceling the visit should be made to the account
Account details will be sent via SMS.
Any changes reported on the day of the procedure should be communicated by phone or text message at 733706432 - regardless of the form of signing up for the procedure.
In case of delay, the treatment may be shortened by the time of delay.

5. Available forms of payment:
Cash or transfer to the account, BLIK to the phone, payment via booksy. Payment in the office - after the visit.
Bank transfer - the client can pay for the previously arranged treatment by bank transfer and send a confirmation of the transaction to an e-mail.

Rules for using passes
As part of the clinic's offer, passes for selected services are available.

Payment for the pass: in advance for the whole.
The pass is personal and valid for one person
the card guarantees continuity of registration.
In the absence of free dates, the massage parlor may refuse to sell the voucher and propose a one-off treatment.
Changing the date of the visit scheduled as part of the voucher must take into account the expiry date of the voucher. If the client cancels the visit and does not find a new date within the validity period of the voucher, all unused treatments will be forfeited.
Voucher expires 6 months from the date of purchase.

Rules for the use of gift vouchers
Each massage can be purchased in the form of a gift voucher and given as a gift. You can choose a single treatment or a massage package.
Collecting a gift voucher:

Order and pick up electronically.
You should make a transfer for the selected service and send a confirmation of the transfer by e-mail.
The voucher will be sent by e-mail within 3 days from the date of delivery of the transfer confirmation.
Voucher redemption rules:
The Gift Voucher is valid for 3 months. There is an expiration date on each voucher.
After this date, the voucher loses its validity and cannot be redeemed.
Make an appointment in a convenient way, no later than 1 week before the expiry date of the voucher.
In case there are no free dates and the validity date of the voucher is shorter than 1 week,
the voucher cannot be redeemed and is therefore forfeited.
